Service offers during the race

Food and drink

Food and drinks are included in the entry fee. There will be a food and drink station available throughout the race, including bread slices and a selection of toppings.

Hot food is served both during the day and in the evening.

We will provide water, coffee and Maxim orange-flavored sports drink throughout the competition. We encourage all participants to bring their own cup or bottle for drinking.

Of course, there will also be some snacks and other goodies along the way – because here it should be possible to keep your energy up, round after round!

If you need adjustments or have food allergies, please contact us at info@msm.no

Arena, rest and facilities

The football hall at TUIL Arena will be the gathering point throughout the race. Rest, breaks and food will be served inside the football hall, which is open to both participants, spectators and supporters.

All participants will be given space, so we ask that everyone be considerate of each other and make good use of the space.

The hall is not furnished, so all participants must bring their own equipment, such as a chair, sleeping mat, blanket or similar.

There are toilets inside the TUIL arena, as well as good toilet facilities and changing rooms right outside entrance A/main entrance.

Safety is important, and the Red Cross will have a guard post in the start/finish area.
